Today was one of those days that make you wonder if you're awake or not; and when you figure out you are, you realize that you have gotten more done if you were actually asleep. Today was my last day of Racquetball, so I thought my "final game" would be a thing of greatness and glory. I got skunked. I played cutthroat (3-player racquetball) with these other guys and I was defeated most soundly. They were up in the 14-15 range while I was still trying to break double digits. I swear I'm not really that bad at the sport, but I just couldn't get it together. Racquetball makeup was even "better." I showed up to play one last time, but all they did was go to their courts, and all I could do was watch, so I left after a while. Like I said, I would have gotten more done if I were asleep.
The rest of the day I didn't do much more than study, read, and attempt to hang out (that hasn't gone well for me for the last couple of days... or weeks). Such excitement I have never known before. Insert eye rolling.
On the other hand, tomorrow is the last day of classes, so there's a plus. And it's Friday, the official beginning of the weekend (for those of you who think it starts on Saturday, I shake my head in pity for you). I need this weekend. Like like or want, but NEED! I'm getting sick of people, and I need a time to become a hermit for a while. I know that sounds anti-social, but that's the point. I could go on about how bad my life bites socially and how my "friends" are doing this and that, but that would only waste your time, which you're already dangerously close to doing by reading this thing in the first place :) (I rarely use smileys, so consideryourself blessed.)
Like I said before, I'm going to try to update this every day, and that makes it YOUR job to check it often. Remember that promise you made last time? Remember, Santa's always watching you, and I have connections that can get him to let info "slip."
Be excellent to each other.
A pretty weird day...
